The Tekonsha Township Library will comply with the Michigan Library Privacy Act, the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Patriot Act. Unless served by law enforcement, all circulation records and other records identifying an individual patron or library usage are confidential and not for public distribution.
