Tekonsha Township Library

Who We Are

A brief description of library services and philosophy

The Tekonsha Township Library is located at 230 S. Church St., just east of the Tekonsha Community Schools complex.  The Tekonsha Township Library provides free services to all residents living within Tekonsha and Clarendon Township boundaries with services available to all others for a fee.

The library system holds over 15,000 materials including over books, books on cassette & compact disc, Playaways, VHS tapes and DVDs.   All of these are available for check-out.  In total, over 5,000 items were checked out of the system during fiscal year 2009-2010! In addition to these items, thousands of people entered the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s broadband internet connection,  or attend one of the Library’s events.

Our friendly and professional staff is eager to serve you. Welcome to the Tekonsha Township Library!
